复合HDTMAB-膨润土处理垃圾渗滤液

    TREATMENT OF LANDFILL LEACHATE USING COMPOUND HDTMAB-BENTONITE

    • 摘要: 用溴化十六烷基三甲铵(HDTMAB)对天然膨润土进行改性,制得HDTMAB-膨润土,然后与Al2(SO4)3复合制得复合HDTMAB-膨润土。研究复合HDTMAB-膨润土在聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)辅助下去除垃圾渗滤液中COD和色度的效果及适宜条件。实验结果表明:与原土比较,复合HDTMAB-膨润土对垃圾渗滤液中COD和色度的去除效果有显著提高,在适宜的实验条件下,COD和色度去除率分别可达到92.6%和97.5%。为天然膨润土的改性及其在垃圾渗滤液处理中的应用提供了有价值的参考数据。

       

      Abstract: Bentonite was modified with hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide first,and then compounded with aluminum sulfate in this paper.The compound HDTMAB-bentonite was examined for its ability to remove COD and color in landfill leachate with the assistance of polyacrylamide.The result indicated that the treatment effect of compound HDTMAB-bentonite had been enhanced significantly.Under appropriate experimental conditions,COD and color were removed by 92.6% and 97.5% respectively.This research may provide valuable data for the modification of natural bentonite and its application in the treatment of landfill leachate.
