洁净煤柱的试验研究和性能分析

    EXPERIMENTAL STUDY AND CHARACTERISTIC ANALYSIS ON CLEANED COAL LOGS

    • 摘要: 洁净煤柱作为供管道长距离输送和直接洁净燃烧的特种型煤,综合了煤炭管道输送和煤炭洁净燃烧技术。本文针抗压强度和燃烧固硫高度匹配的洁净煤柱的研制,研究煤柱成型方法和固硫机理,分析比较多种粘结剂和固硫剂,设计出合理的洁净煤柱制备工艺, 配制出兼具粘结和固硫作用的复合固硫粘结剂。同时,通过强度、管道磨损、防水、燃烧固硫等试验,测定了5种不同配方坯料所成型的洁净煤柱的性能。试验结果表明,洁净煤柱制备工艺合理,固硫粘结剂配方科学,4号配方坯料制备的洁净煤柱抗压强度高、防水性能强、固硫效果好,达到洁净煤柱的性能要求。

       

      Abstract: As a special briquette for long distance pipeline transportation and direct cleaned combustion the cleaned coal log reflected two technologies of coal pipeline transportation and coal cleaned combustion. In order to manufacture cleaned coal logs with high strength and high rate of sulfur-fixing, the technology of coal log compaction and the sulfur-fixing mechanism were studied and different cements and sulfur-fixing agents were analyzed. And the reasonable technology for manufacturing cleaned coals logs has been designed and compound additives with high effect of cement and sulfur-fixing have been compounded. In addition, by means of characteristic experiments about strength, wear in pipeline transportation, waterproof property and sulfur-fixing five different cleaned coal logs made with different additives have been measured. Experimental results indicated that the manufacturing technology of cleaned coal logs was reasonable and the formula of sulfur-fixing cements was scientific.The cleaned coal logs made up with the fourth coal-additive combination had high strength, good waterproof property and high ratio of sulfur-fixing, and achieved the performance require.
