谦比西铜矿岩体稳定性分级及锚杆支护参数优化

    The rock masses stabilization classification and rock bolt parameters optimization in Chambishi copper mine

    • 摘要: 赞比亚谦比西铜矿矿岩破碎,地压活动频繁,生产中沿脉凿岩巷道破坏严重,影响着矿体安全正常回采。为了维护凿岩巷道的稳定性,本文在对谦比西铜矿地质调查的基础上,对岩体稳定性进行分级,并采用数值计算方法分析锚杆支护的机理。根据岩体分级结果和数值计算结果,对谦比西铜矿不同岩体的锚杆支护参数进行优化,为巷道锚杆支护参数地选取提供理论依据。

       

      Abstract: The ore and the rock mass of Chambishi copper mine aare very cracked, the activity of ground pressure is frequent. The rock mass fall easily and the tunnel often destroyed and can not form open stope, those problems effect the production normally carry on. In order to keep the tunnel stability, the paper analyse the rock mass stabilization classification based on the geological investigation, the rock mass stability is in the range of III~Ⅴ based on the national standard for engineering classification of rock masses. The paper also analyse the mechanics of rock bolt by numerical analysis. Through these analyses, the paper optimize the rock bolt support parameters and choice different parameters in the different rock masses.
