Abstract: Based on the complicated conditions of loose and fractured surrounding rock, backfill not enough, temporary supporting by timber and etc, the destructive mechanism and reasons to +60 level main haulageway in Xieling coal mine is analyzed The new technology of two-step coupled grouting is put forward to support the roadway with the characteristic of loose and fractured surrounding rock. The mechanism of coupled grouting reinforcement and spread regularity of grout in surrounding rock are researched. Practice showed that it is an effective approach of the technology of two-step coupled grouting to resolve the problem of supporting loose and fractured surrounding rock and the supporting scheme has achieved good results.
