Abstract: Collectivizing business is the inevitable trend of development of mining industry and establishing a comprehensive plan management model is the key for collectivized operation management. Starting from the necessity of comprehensive plan management, with the comprehensive annual plan formulation, implementation, monitoring and adjustment as an example, this article makes a complete analysis of comprehensive planning management model and puts forward that mining group enterprise shall establish an internal management system with center in comprehensive planning. This is beneficial to combininggroup's strategic planning and eachmine's detailed implementation plans into an orderly and continued unity.
