装药车装填的乳化炸药在高硫矿山的自燃事故原因分析与预防措施

    Reason analysis and preventive measure on self-ignite of emulsion explosive which is loaded by trucks in high sulfur mine

    • 摘要: 为了解决装药车在云浮硫铁矿露天采场装填的乳化炸药在炮孔内自燃自爆问题,开展了该矿的含硫矿样与装填的乳化炸药的接触实验研究,将炮孔温度和接触试验结果作为炮孔自燃危险性的直接判据,分析了炮孔内装药自燃自爆事故的原因和机理,并提出了预防措施。

       

      Abstract: The emulsion explosive which is loaded by trucks in Yunfu sulfur-iron open-pit mine always self-ignite and self-blast when it is in borehole.In order to solve the problem, field contacting tests were developed between high sulfur mine and emulsion explosive. Taking the temperature of borehole and the result of tests as criterion of self-ignite fatalness directly, the reason and mechanism why emulsion explosive in borehole will self-ignite was analysed. A preventive measure was presented in this paper.
