基于不同氧化产物的煤动力学反应分析

    Dynamics response analysis based on different oxidation products of coal

    • 摘要: 通过三组煤样的反应动力学理论分析和指标气体测定,计算得到了各煤样三种指标气体CO、CO2和CH4的活化能值,分析了各指标气体活化能指标与煤阶、挥发分以及自燃倾向性的对应关系。研究表明:CO的活化能与各煤样煤阶和自燃倾向性的变化呈现一致性,随煤阶的增加而增加;与对应各煤种的挥发分值呈现对应关系,随挥发分的降低而增加;得到CO活化能能够较CO2和CH4更准确的判定煤样自燃倾向性。研究成果对煤矿现场取气判定煤自燃倾向性具有重要的应用价值,对我国煤矿现场的火灾防治具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: Through reaction dynamics theory analysis and measurmentof indicators gas of the three coal samples,the activation energy values that coal samplesneed to generate indicator gases CO,CO2,and CH4 is calculated;the relation between the activation energy values and coal rank,volatile matter,spontaneous combustion tendency is analysed.The research indicates the activation energy that coal need to generate CO increases with the increase of coal rank and decreased with increasing of volatile,which is consistent with the spontaneous combustion tendency.Activation energy that coal need to generate CO can be used to judge the spontaneous combustion tendency more accurately.The research resultshas important application value and significance for getting gas to determine the state of coal in coal mine and the prevention and control of the mine fire.
