Abstract: In order to make full use of the mineral resources and increase the benefit of interprise. Used middle magnetic and high gradient magnetic separator to treat the tailings from a large bismuth-zinc-iron mine, which tungsten is scheelite mainly, 50%-60% of the non-purpose minerals can be pre-removed, then adopted sulphide floatation、scheelite floatation and the scheelite roughter concentrate of clearned in warmed processing. The lab test on the tailings containing 0.12%WO₃ shows that a scheelite concentrate with the grade of 67.92% and the recoveryof 64.04% can be obtained.
