对梅山铁精矿质量的研究与实践

    RESEARCH ON QUALITY OF MEISHAN'S IRON ORE CONCENTRATES AND THE PRACTICE

    • 摘要: 本文针对梅山铁精矿“粘、硫、磷”质量问题,研究提出放粗磨矿粒度,在分级过滤应用板框压滤机,初步解决了铁精矿难过滤的问题;论述了应用“质量适应性”理论使烧结厂增加精矿配比的措施;并提出了浮选精矿深选法综合降低“粘、硫、磷”的研究成果。

       

      Abstract: In view of the quality problems with viscosity, sulphur and phosphorus contents, it is proposed in research work to coarsen grinding sizes and to adopt plate-and-frame press for classifying filtration, thus the problems with iron ore concentrate filtration are resolved preliminarily. Measures to increase concentrate proportion for sinter process applying the "quality adaptability "are discussed, achievements in research on overall reduction of viscosity and sulphur and phosphorus contents applying deep concentration method for flotation concentrates are also introduced.
