Abstract: In order to realize the pre-mixed water jet flow ultra fine coal comminuting device′s automatic control,raises the fine coal of smashing efficiency and the product quality,designed the pre-mixed water jet ultra-fine coal comminuting configuration monitoring system.Use Wincc configuration software and STEP7 program control software realize production process automation and visualization,the operator may real-time grasp the entire production process through this system,thus enhancement control quality and precision.The experiment indicated that the system design is reasonable,the control precision is high,satisfies the industrial production the request,it has the practical value.
