Abstract: Occupying a very important position in China's railway network, Shuo-Huang Railway which was built and opened to traffic not only alleviates the tension of transporting coal from the west to the east, but also possesses very important strategic value and economic significance in aspects of optimizing space structure in north China, propelling economic development of the areas along it and promoting regional coordinated development.
