Abstract: Developing circular economy is the objective requirements in order to thoroughly apply the scientific outlook on development. This article, taking the case in Jinchuan group Ltd., a resource-based enterprise as an example, analyses the major problems in the development of circular economy of resource-based enterprises, and discusses the chief principles, the main development models and development mentality.
