Abstract:
With increasing scale of China's oversea investment,China's mining enterprises have been playing an important role in involving in the global allocation of mineral resources.The concept of" two resources and two markets"has safeguarded implementation of the strategy of diversified resources.Authors of this study discussed cultural differences of Chinese mining employees in cognitive barrier,language understanding,communication style,values,management modes,and ethnocentrism,so as to clarify the cross-cultural conflicts of mining enterprises in decision-making,operation,distribution,management,etc.Finally,this study proposed countermeasures to identify cultural discrepancy,establish relatively similar value,practice localized strategy,strengthen cross-cultural training and melting,etc.
