Abstract: In this pater,based on a field investigation and analysis,the main causes of earthguake occurred in the Qingshan Pyrite Mime area are pointed out.The geologic structural activity and ground pressure lead to roof fall,energy release and earthguake of sink.The author sums up a lesson of this accident,which can be helpful for other related mines.
