水平厚煤层露井联合开采下边坡破坏过程的模拟研究

    Simulation research on the slope failure of horizontal thick coal seam under the condition of combined mining

    • 摘要: 露井联采模式以前一直被金属矿山和浅埋倾斜煤层矿山的开采所采用,以往我们在开采浅埋水平厚煤层一般均采用露天或井工方法。近年来,我国重要的亿t煤炭生产基地平朔、神华等矿区,就在浅埋水平厚煤层中采用井工放顶煤与露天联合开采方法,并取得了可观的经济效益。本文通过数值模拟和相似模拟两种方法,对露井联采模式下露天边坡的破坏问题进行了分析和探讨。分析显示,露天边坡的破坏是一个渐进过程,为了保证露天矿的正常生产,必须控制好两种开采方法的边界参数,即露天与井工开采的边界垂直安全高度。

       

      Abstract: The combined model of open-pit with underground mine has always been adopted by metal mine and inclined coal seam mine before, and we used the method of open-pit or underground mining to mine the shallow horizontal thick coal seam previously. Recent years, in China's major coal production base Pingshuo mining area, the method of combining caving mine and open-pit method was adopted to exploit the shallow horizontal thick coal seam, and it has already made considerable economic benefits. In the paper, through two methods of numerical simulation and similar simulation, the failure problems of the open-pit slope under the condition of combining open-pit mining with underground mining were analyzed and discussed, results showed that the failure of the open-pit slope is a gradual process, in order to guarantee the normal open-pit mine production works well, the explored boundary must be controlled well by the vertical stature of safe mining.
