Abstract:
Many in the region of Inner Mongolia coal mining technology using room-only room is not mining coal pillar, which will surely leave a lot of coal pillars, top corner of coal and coal, not only high-quality coal resources are wasted, resulting in residual coal spontaneous combustion, surface subsidence and other natural disasters, sudden. For rock conditions and the room-mining results to differ proposed coal pillar recovery process and recovery of the basic methods to track brackets supporting the roof panels of coal, one by one row of columns and roof of coal recovered, and then promote the stent, forcing the falling roof, and then recovered the next row of pillars. Design and development of coal pillar recovery of complete sets of equipment, including the continuous miner, shuttle cars and Crawler-type hydraulic support. The analysis pointed out that the coal pillar recovery of complete sets of equipment used in coal pillar recovery process is feasible.
