煤柱回收可行性分析

    Feasibility analysis of coal pillar recovery

    • 摘要: 目前,我国内蒙古地区许多煤矿利用房式开采工艺,只采煤房不采煤柱,这必然留有大量的煤柱、顶煤及边角煤,不但使优质的煤炭资源浪费,还造成残煤自燃、地表突然塌陷等自然灾害。针对围岩条件和房式开采结果不同,提出了煤柱回收工艺及回收基本方法:以履带支架支护煤房顶板,逐排回收煤柱和顶板,然后推进支架,强迫顶板垮落,然后回收下一排煤柱。设计开发了煤柱回收的成套设备,包括连续采煤机、梭车和履带行走式液压支架。经分析指出,煤柱回收成套设备应用于煤柱回收工艺是可行的。

The analysis pointed out that the coal pillar recovery of complete sets of equipment used in coal pillar recovery process is feasible.
