Abstract: In recent years，the price of iron ore has been waving like the roller coaster.The mining enterprises both in China and abroad are trying to innovate management，lower the cost and increase the efficiency to maintain their survival and development.By analyzing the metallurgical mineral market and summarizing the traditional mine management features，a new management model for modern enterprises which specially includes streamlining staffing，optimizing management institutions，reducing management layers and innovating operation model is proposed.It can smooth the mine operation，reduce the mine construction investment and depress the operational risk.Furthermore，the developing trend of mine construction and management model is put forward.And the importance of mining producer services industry is introduced.
