静态破碎技术在综采过断层中的应用

    • 摘要: 采用装药爆破的方法处理综采工作面遇到的断层岩石,交替作业时间长,安全性差,易损伤设备,甚至引起瓦斯、煤尘爆炸等事故。针对这些问题,新汶矿业集团翟镇煤矿采用静态破碎技术,以非爆破方式破碎断层岩石,对于提高煤矿综采技术经济效益和安全生产具有重要的现实意义。本文介绍了静态破碎技术的施工工艺及应用情况。

       

      Abstract: This method using detonator to break the faultage rocks existing in the synthesis exploitation working face costs many alternate work-time and brings potential safe hazard, causes equipments to be damaged usually, even leads to explosive accidents such as gas explosive and coal-bed explosive. In connection with these problems, Zhaizhen colliery of Xinwen mining group uses the static cracking technique which is a kind of inexplosive methods to break faultage rocks, and proves that the method can increase the technical and economic benefit of coal synthesis exploitation and be beneficial for the safety in production with important practical significance. The treatise introduces the construction technics and application of the static cracking technique.
