Abstract: Based on the analysis of influence to human society and of challenges to modern enterprises in the age of information technology,the necessity of studying on enterprise information fusion is presented.After the implication,occurrence and development of information fusion reviewed,the layered stucture model of information fusion is introduced;and the layered structure model of enterprise information flow is illustrated.Based on these introduction and illustration,a general model of information fusion of enterprise is built up.Then the three typical characteristics,i.e.parallism dynamism interactivity are illustrated.Lastly,the possible studying directions and the applying prospect of enterprise information fusion are pointed out.
