含煤系高岭土煤泥的沉降实验研究

    Experimental study on sedimentation of coal slime-bearing kaolin

    • 摘要: 根据煤系高岭土煤泥的矿物组成和性质分析,对影响沉降的因素进行试验。结果表明:煤泥中含有大量黏土类矿物,粒度较细,<0.045mm含量可达41.50%,灰分为50.35%,对影响沉降因素的分析可知,凝聚剂与絮凝剂配合使用,有机药剂采用APAM,无机药剂为CaCl2,用量为每吨干煤泥加入CaCl240kg/t、APAM200g/t,其沉降效果较好;试验中样品在pH 值由酸性调整为弱碱性至碱性条件下,沉降速度加快,加入凝聚剂后,煤泥水中的阳离子浓度增加使电动电位降低,煤泥水硬度增加,煤系高岭土煤泥的沉降效果得到明显改善。

       

      Abstract: Based on the mineral composition and properties of coal slime- bearing kaolin,factors affecting sedimentation have been tested.The results show that coal slime contain a large amounts of clay minerals,finer particles,yield of <0.045mm is 41.50%,ash is 50.35%.Factors affecting sedimentation analyze that coagulants and flocculants have been used in conjunction with APAM and CaCl2,the dosage of is CaCl240kg/t ,APAM is 200g/t,respectively.By adjusting the pH from acidic to alkaline slightly to alkaline conditions,sedimentation velocity of coal slime water accelerate.After adding coagulant,increasing cation concentration,decreasing electric potential,increasing coal slime water hardness,the sedimentation of coal slime-bearing kaolin have been improved
