Abstract: China outward mining investment appeared to has stabilize and rebounded,with the investment targets in varying degrees of growth,while there has been one of China’s largest overseas mining acquisition in the history.The Chinese mining investment overseas experienced into a bargain-hunting era after years of continuous slowdown.In this paper,Chinese enterprises’ overseas investment profile of solid minerals in 2014 is studied,and the influencing factors and development trends are analyzed,with the suggestions are made at the end.
