Abstract: There are a lot of mineral resources in China's western, which have made a contribution to the development of regional economics. Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process, this paper carries on the positive analysis to the economic society character of China's western Regions's 4 given mineral resource alternate districts,and also brings forward several corresponding policy advices.
