似膏体充填料浆流型和流态的研究

Study on the rheological model and flow state of paste-like fill slurry

摘要: 通过流变特性实验和分析,研究了以河砂和粉煤灰作骨料的似膏体充填料浆流型和流态。结果表明,河砂和粉煤灰作骨料的似膏体充填料浆流变模型近似于宾汉塑性体,料浆在管路中的流动呈层流状态。从料浆的流动性、均质性和脱水率考虑,适宜的料浆浓度为77%~78%,料浆中粉煤灰的合适含量为20%左右。

Abstract: Based on the experiment and analysis of rheological characteristic, the rheological model and the flow state of paste-like fill slurry with alluvial sands and fly ash as aggregate are researched. The result shows that the rheological model is similar to Bingham plastic fluid, and the flow state in pipeline transportation is laminal flow. Considering the fluidity, homogeneity and dewatering rate of the slurry, the proper slurry density is 77% to 78%, and the suitable content of fly ash in the slurry is about 20%.
