Abstract: The theory on the internationalization of enterprise has been developed quickly from Stephen hymer.But,there was no paper that discussed the internationalization of mining company in top 6 international business journals.Based on the particularity of mining and in according with prevail theory,this paper point out 6 factors should be studied,which are improving entry barrier because of nonrenewable feature of mineral resource,the analysis about positive and negative affect on mining company because of the mineral resource′s rigidity dependence on regions,researching the mining law of host country,the mining rights′ implementing o problem based on confliction between mining rights and surface mining,public relations between local community and mining company,and the plan on transportation and exporting minerals.
