中小矿业企业和谐劳动关系构建研究

    Research on building harmonious labor relations in small and medium-sized mining enterprises

    • 摘要: 相对于大企业而言,中小矿业企业往往存在更多不规范劳动用工的情况,劳动关系状况整体堪忧,本文以中小矿业企业劳动关系作为研究对象,对中小矿业企业劳动关系中存在的常见问题进行了描述,而后根据共生理论对如何构建中小矿业企业和谐劳动关系给出了相关建议,本文对促进中小矿业企业健康有序发展及构建中小矿业企业和谐劳资关系具有借鉴意义。

       

      Abstract: Compared large enterprises, small and medium-sized mining enterprises have more non-standard labor relations.This paper describes those irregular phenomena and gives some suggestions that how to build harmonious labor relations in small and medium-sized mining enterprises based on symbiotic theory. Those recommendations would help SMMES to build harmonious labor relations and facilitate the development of SEMMS healthy and orderly.
