Abstract: Flaky kaolin deposit in Leiyang Lijiachong of Hunan is weathered residual sandy kaolin mine,which hosted in construction of continental sandstone in Jurassic. The geology characteristic was studied in this paper; the construction of special mining,ore source bed, landforms and beneficial weathering were analyzed; the ore-forming geological conditions and prospecting criteria were illustrated.
