孤岛煤柱下软岩硐室加固技术研究

摘要: 长期以来,留设硐室保护煤柱是煤矿硐室维护的重要手段之一。然而,一旦煤柱留设不合理,煤柱边缘分布的高支承压力,往往是造成硐室严重变形的主要原因。本文针对袁庄煤矿三水平泵房实际地质条件,详细分析了该泵房支护破坏失效机理,并针对性地提出合理加固方案。现场实践表明,该技术能有效控制高应力作用下泵房围岩的强烈变形,对类似条件下硐室加固亦具有借鉴意义。Abstract: Long times ago, setting protect pillar is one of the mainly methods for chamber protection. But if the location is irrational, the chamber's deformation will be highly by pillar's gravity and mining stress on the edge. Based on the geotechnical conditions of Level-3 pump chamber in YuanZhuang coal mine, the broken mechanism of pump chamber is particularly analyzed, and proposed the rational support program. The application results shows that pump chamber deformation can be effectively controlled by new supporting technique. It also can be as a reference for chamber or roadway in propinquity conditions.
