盐酸浸出赤泥分离有价金属的工艺研究

    Research on separation of valuable metals from red mud by hydrochloric acid

    • 摘要: 本文研究盐酸浸出赤泥中有价金属元素的技术。实验结果表明,低浓度的盐酸浸出赤泥当中的Fe和Sc能取得高浸出率,同时与Ti的分离效果好。最佳工艺条件是盐酸浓度为2.0mol/L,盐酸过量系数为0.15,浸出时间为2.5h,搅拌速度400r/min,Fe的浸出率可以达到95.6%,Sc的浸出率在70%以上,Ti的回收率为99.5%。

       

      Abstract: Researches on separation of valuable metals from red mud by hydrochloric acid. Under conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration of 2.0mol/L, HCl excess coefficient of 0.15, leaching time of 2.5h, stirring speed of 400r/min, The experimental results show that low concentrations of hydrochloric acid leaching of Fe and Sc from the red mud can achieve a high leaching rate, while Ti was separated, Fe leaching rates of up to 95.6%, Sc the leaching rate of more than 70%, Ti the leaching rate of 99.5%.
