黑龙江煤炭资源型城市经济差异分析

Analysis on economic development difference of coals resources-based cities in Heilongjiang province

摘要: 本文以黑龙江省四大煤炭资源型城市(鸡西、鹤岗、双鸭山、七台河)为研究对象,采用市区 GDP、市区年末总人口和人均GDP为测度区经济发展差异的变量指标,以绝对差异、相对差异和总体差异模型等对四大煤城进行测度,深入分析了1990年以来黑龙江省四大煤城经济发展的差异,1990~1993年基尼系数在0.2以下,1994~2004年基尼系数在0.2~0.3间。而且2000年前四大煤城的经济发展差异总体上是扩大的,2000年以后差异趋于缩小。

Abstract: This paper quantitatively analyzes absolute difference, relative difference and overall difference based on GDP, population and per GDP of four coals resources-based cities (Jixi,Hegang,Shuangyashan and Qitaihe) in Heilongjiang province in China. The absolute difference, the relative difference and the overall difference are respectively measured by standard deviation, variation coefficient and Gini coefficient. It is concluded that Gini coefficient is below 0.2 from 1990 to 1993 and is between 0.2 and 0.3 from 1994 to 2004. The economic development difference of four coals resources-based cities became larger before 2000 and smaller after 2000.
