充填体包裹条件下厚大矿柱安全高效开采技术方案研究

    Research on efficient and safe mining scheme for wide pillars wrapped by fillings

    • 摘要: 通过对矿山试验采场现状、周围充填及隔离层情况的调查测试分析,掌握待采矿房周围岩体、充填体的基本力学特征及完整性特征;结合开采技术经济指标对比分析,在考虑充分利用现有人员装备、技术力量的基础上,得出矿房回采技术方案为大直径深孔嗣后充填采矿法;并利用数值分析手段,通过对开采过程中周边充填体应力、变形及破坏特征的综合分析,最终确定最佳回采方案为划分上、下盘两回采单元进行开采。目前该矿块已成功安全回采,研究方法及成果可为类似条件矿块回采提供借鉴和参考,以实现充填采矿法矿山开采过程中"孤岛"矿块的安全高效回采。

       

      Abstract: The basic mechanic characteristics and properties of surrounding rock masses and fillings in the stope are obtained through the analysis of the surrounding fillings and isolation layers of the testing stope.And then the method of large-diameter deep-hole stoping with subsequent filling is applied as the technique for the mining scheme by considering the charge of the mining techniques and available equipment.The results derived by the numerical analysis of the stress,deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding fillings during the mining demonstrate that mining by recovery unit of upper and lower plate is the optimal scheme.The successful application of the mining scheme with related research methods and results can be served as references for similar projects to guarantee the safety and efficiency in mining "island" ore block with filling mining method.
