Abstract: As Chinese major policy, the safety production is key way to set up the socialism diapason society. Safety supervision is quite difficult part. To collect Safety Production Data has become the pacing factor to decline accident rate and mortality rate of coal mines. According to the analysis on the safety production data collecting,it is supposed to set up an open and flat organization system, to solve the problem of subreption.
