Abstract: Mineral resource planning environmental impact assessment,is an effective way to prevent and reduce damage to the environment of mineral development from the source.because mineral resources planning environmental impact assessment system is not clear,resulting in environmental impact assessment system has not been well implemented.In the third round of mineral resources planning as an opportunity,analysis of the current situation of mineral resources planning EIA,combined mineral resource planning system,planning to carry out grading and classification system proposed environmental impact assessment.Meanwhile,combine the new era of mineral resources planning features,make the main content of mineral resources planning EIA chapters and description,propose recommendations to strengthen and improve mineral resources planning EIA system.
