Abstract: Coal resources paid refers to a series of the principles, system and standards which include compensation for the use of coal resources and to realize national ownership of coal resources fully. This paper mainly elaborates the coal resources paid system's basic principle and describes the framework and the main content coverage of coal resources paid system.
