基于数值分析的巷道支护参数优化研究

    Research on roadway support parameter optimization based on numerical analysis

    • 摘要: 本文以某煤矿巷道顶底板围岩控制问题为工程背景,利用FLAC3D数值分析软件模拟了五种不同支护状态下的巷道掘进过程,对比分析了不同支护方案下巷道围岩的变形状态和塑性区分布状态。最终确定了适合该矿巷道顶底板围岩稳定控制的支护方案,并在现场得到较好验证。本文中确定合理支护方案所采用的数值分析方法及其结论可以为解决类似条件下的巷道支护问题提供参考。

       

      Abstract: AS the engineering background of how to control the stability of roadway roof and floor in some coal mine for this paper,using FLAC3D numerical analysis software,the process of roadway excavation was simulated,under the condition of five different supporting scheme,then the deformation and plastic zone distribution of the surrounding rock in tunnel were comparatively analyzed.Finally,the appropriate supporting scheme was determined,and get good test on site.In this paper,numerical analysis method and conclusion about how to choice the appropriate supporting scheme can provide a reference for the similar problem.
