Abstract: The operational vallations refer to all the barriers in transnational investment under international harmony regulation system in existence. All that barriers,which are caused by distorted, misunderstood on information in asymmetric information environment,are given from governments, institutions, organizations or individuals between amphitryon country and objective country. China has already stepped into mining economic globalization, Mining transnational investment is proved to be an effective approach facing increasing imbalance between supply and demand of mineral resources in China. Chile with its abundant mineral resources and well investment environment attracts the capital all over the world. The paper will analyze the regulation,process,operational vallations of transnational investment in Chile,and aims to enhance the accuracy of reference information, and probe to relieve the misleading under asymmetry information.
