摘要: 煤炭企业多元化,不仅是历史发展的产物,也是外部环境和内部条件多种因素共同作用下的演化过程。通过对国有大型煤炭企业多元化发展演化过程的分析,发现影响煤炭企业多元化演化的主要因素是煤炭资源、政府、社会条件和企业能力等因素。Abstract: Diversification is essential choice of coal enterprise being bigger,stronger and longer.The diversification of coal enterprise is not only historical result,but also the evolution process by outer and inter factors.Through the analysis of evolution process,the main factors are coal resource,government,social conditions and enterprise capability.
