Abstract: The paper analyzes the theoretical base, practical significance, mining situation and policy environment of overseas mining investment projects, points out its main work and flow, such as collect former information and cases, analyze investment environment, analyze mineral resource, analyze market, analyze technological process. At the end of the paper the author puts some proposals and lay stress on that the nation study must base on the reliable information, clear thought, correct method and developing analysis.
