Abstract: On the basis of the Hoffman theorem and classification of the resource-based cities,with mineral resources reserves,mineral resources development,years of service,technology support capacity,environmental capacity,government policies of mining economic zone as the standard,mining economic zone is divided into four divisions development stage:enrichment-growth mining economic zone,growthdevelopment mining economic zone,development-mature mining economic zone,mature-transition mining economic zone,and we summarize the various features of development stages of mining economic zone.We analyze the development trends of mining economic zone stages and dynamic mechanism of mining economic interval systems,and in view of these conclusions,we advanced sustainable development model of every mining economic zone.
