Abstract: Considering Zhangcun coal mine reality, the characteristics and the development model of coal circulatory economy industrial chain are discussed. Based on theory of circulatory economy, Zhangcun mine extended industrial chain, broadened the industrial scope and formed the industrial system of coal, electricity, building materials, built a new development model of coal circulatory economy industrial chain.
