基于Pro/E和ANSYS的硬岩掘进机截割机构的有限元分析

摘要: 为了研究硬岩掘进机截割机构在外载荷作用下的应力应变特性,应用Pro/E软件对某型掘进机截割机构进行建模,利用接口将模型导入ANSYS,进行网格划分,建立有限元模型。通过某型硬岩掘进机进行有限元分析表明,当截割f=14的岩石时,该机截割机构的最大变形量为2.7mm,位于截割头前端,最大应力为248MPa,发生在悬臂升降油缸的销孔处。所得结论为改进硬岩掘进机截割机构、改善其受力状况和工作性能、延长使用寿命提供了依据。Abstract: In order to study the stress and strain characteristics of a cutting mechanism of a hard rock roadheader under the effect of external loads, Pro/E software is applied for building model of the cutting mechanism of roadheader. The complete model is imported to ANSYS through the interface to build finite element model (FEM) by areas mesh. The FEA analysis of the certain type hard rock roadheader when cutting the rocks for the value of f is 14 shows that the maximum deformation of the cutting mechanism takes place in front of cutting head, the value is 2.7mm, the maximum stress takes place in the pin hole of cantilever lifting cylinder, the value is 248MPa.Research results provide the basis for improving the structure of the cutting mechanism of hard rock roadheader, ameliorating its force condition and working performance and extending useful life.
