摘要: 本文通过对我国目前宏观经济政策的的分析,提出了资源型城市转型面临的财力、技术、人才方面的三大机遇,同时对资源型城市在新形势下,如何抓住机遇促进转型成功的对策进行了探讨。

Abstract: In this paper,based on China's current macro-economic policy analysis of the proposed resource-based cities are facing financial restructuring,technology,talents of the three major opportunities for resource-based cities in the new situation,how to seize the opportunity to promote the successful transition strategies discussed.
