煤矸石自燃陶粒在喷射混凝土中的应用

摘要: 煤矸石是煤矿开采过程中产生的固体废弃物,它不仅占用大量耕地,而且对生态环境造成污染。本文对孙村煤矿自燃后的煤矸石的化学成分和物理性能进行了分析,在此基础上,对用煤矸石自燃陶粒作骨料配置的混凝土的抗压强度进行了测试,并在实际工程中进行了工业性对比实验。实验结果表明,用自燃煤矸石陶粒作骨料配置的混凝土的性能,能够满足支护设计的要求。本研究成果能显著降低矿山井巷支护成本,具有良好的经济和社会效益。Abstract: The coal gangue is waste material that produced in coal mining. It occupied a great lot of farmlands. It also pollute ecological environment. The chemical constitution and physical property of coal gangue was analysed. Based on this, the compressive strength of coal gangue concrete was measured. The check experiment was carry out in practical engineering. The result of experiment showed that the self-ignited coal gangue concret can meet the designed require. This technology can reduce the supported coast of sinking and driving engineering. It is nice in economy and social benefit.
