基于现场流变试验的软岩巷道变形破坏机理及支护研究

摘要: 软岩巷道变形破坏是煤矿深部开采软岩巷道支护的主要灾害之一。基于国投新集刘庄矿深部泥岩现场三轴流变试验和数值模拟,分析了软岩巷道变形破坏机理及支护技术。采用阻尼最小二乘法逐次线性化的间接方法,利用非线性流变力学模型,拟合得到泥岩蠕变本构方程,分析得出刘庄矿深部软岩巷道的合理支护方式,即采用反底拱和全封闭的施工方式,顺层掘进的重要硐室锚杆打按方位应尽可能与层面垂直,同时进行底板锚注补强支护。Abstract: The soft rock deformation and failure are the serious disasters in soft rock roadway supporting in the deep mining of coal mine.Based on the triaxial rheological experiments in site of mudstone in Liuzhuang mine and numerical modeling,the deformation and failure mechanism of soft rock roadways and its supporting technology were analyzed.The damped least square method (Marquardt method) was used to the indirect gradual linearization analysis and the creeping constitutive equations were formed by using the nonlinear rheological model.Then the reasonable supporting mode of deep soft rock roadway in Liuzhuang mine was obtained.That is,adopting the inverted arch and fully closed construction mode,keeping the bolt drilling and installation orientation in the major chamber of bedded tunneling vertical to the bedding plane and supporting roadway by bolting and grouting reinforcement floor
