氯化挥发渣中铁的直接还原和磁选回收

    Iron recovery from chlorination volatilization slag with direct reduction followed by magnetic separation

    • 摘要: 对某含铁品位46.72%的氯化挥发渣进行了直接还原焙烧-磁选回收铁的研究。还原剂烟煤用量、活性石灰用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间和磨矿细度是影响铁回收的主要因素。在氯化挥发渣、烟煤和活性石灰质量比100∶25∶10、还原温度1150℃、焙烧时间55 min、一段磨矿细度-0.074mm 85%、二段磨矿细度-0.043mm 90%最佳条件下,获得了产率43.59%、铁品位91.20%、硫含量0.05%、磷含量0.03%、铁回收率85.18%的还原铁。

       

      Abstract: A process of direct reduction roasting-magnetic separation was introduced to treat a chlorination volatilization slag with an iron content of 46.72%.The effects of processing parameters,such as dosage of reducing agent,dosage of active lime,roasting temperature,roasting time,and grinding fineness,on the iron recovery were important.The results indicated that the optimum parameters were proposed as follows:the mass ratio of chlorination volatilization slag,bituminous coal,and active lime of 100:25:10,the reduction temperature of 1150℃,the roasting time of 55 min,the first stage grinding size of 85% -0.074mm,the second stage grinding size of 90% -0.043mm.The direct reduction iron with iron grade of 91.20%,sulfur content of 0.05%,phosphorus content of 0.03%,and iron recovery rate of 85.18% was obtained under the optimum conditions.
