闪速固液分离装备技术浅析

摘要: 针对云南澜沧铅矿NZ-12浓缩机停用问题,充分利用原装备条件下,采用闪速固液分离装备技术(旋流器同浓密机联合),变一段固液分离作业为二段固—固、固—液分离作业,使浓密机内固体负荷减少5 0%,粒度<40 μm;采用高分子塑料减少耙径2.56m,使浓密机运行扭矩减少40%。在不增加运行成本情况下,成功把普通浓密机改造为高效浓密机。三年多的生产实践表明改造方案是先进、可靠、稳定、高效的。Abstract: With an eye to the breakdown of NZ-12 thickener in Yunnan Lancang Lead Mine,flash solid-liquid separation technology(combined use of cyclone and concentrator)is adopted while utilizing fully the original equipment.One stage solid-liquid separation is changed into two stage solid-solid,solid-liquid separation.The solid load inside the thickener is reduced by 50% and the grain size is less than 40μm.Use of high molecule plastic reduces the rake diameter by 2.56m and the operating torque of thickener by 40%.The ordinary thickener is transformed into high efficiency thickener successfully without adding operation cost.The practice of more than 3 years proves that the plan is advanced,reliable,stable and effective.
