关于提高低品位铁精矿品位的研究

    STUDY ON IMPROVING LOW GRADE IRON CONCENTRATE

    • 摘要: 本文针对大冶铁矿强磁选低品位铁精矿,提出了用磁化焙烧新工艺在固态条件下用褐煤粉还原氧化铁来处理该矿石,以获得高品位的铁精矿,本文简要介绍了该工艺流程,并就反应原理和影响铁精矿品位的因素进行了分析。

       

      Abstract: New technology of magnetization roasting is used to treat the low grade iron concentrate of high intensity magnetic separation of Daye Iron Mine to obtain a high grade iron concentrate by lignite powder reducing ferric oxide in solid.The flow of the technology is described and its principle and effect factors of the iron concentrate grade analysed.
