Abstract: Crude oil production area, petrochemical enterprises, and marketing enterprise in China are overlapped with geological disaster areas each other. This is increasing more difficult of the oil industry HSE macroeconomic management. Establishment and management of geological disasters that matches the macro-risk management system will be the integration of HSE resource requirements and management convenience.
