中空注浆锚索在顶板淋水主斜井堵水支护加固中的应用

摘要: 针对古城煤矿主斜井巷道掘进过程中顶板出现的锚索孔淋水严重影响支护效果和施工进度的情况,通过巷道钻孔探放水探测发现顶板存在很多强度较低的泥岩岩层,开挖后在原岩应力的作用下,容易产生裂隙,此时的裂隙会导致水从裂隙中渗透出来,对施工与支护造成不良影响。基于注浆锚索的堵水支护加固和注浆理论,通过理论计算选择了合适的主斜井顶板淋水段的注浆锚索支护方案和注浆参数并在主斜井里程590~599m进行注浆锚索试验,确定注浆锚索施工的具体参数。根据注浆锚索试验段的矿压观测表明,注浆锚索堵水支护加固措施在古城矿主斜井淋水试验段取得了成功应用。Abstract: Aiming at the water leakage from anchor cable bore in Gucheng coal mine main inclined shaft which influences the support effect and construction schedule,We discover the roof has a lot of low strength mudstone rock strata that easy to produce cracks under the excavation.The cracks will lead to the water from the cracks in the infiltration which causes adverse effects tothe construction and support.Calculating the supporting schemes and grouting strengthening patameters of roof leakage parts in main inclined shaft by theory calculating methods and making the specific grouting cable anchor parameters by arranging testing section and constructing in 590~599m of main inclined shaft.Recording the mine pressure summarizing,thegrouting anchor cable reinforcement supporting water plugging measures have been successfully applied in the ancient city of mine water test section of inclined shaft.
