Abstract: This article introduces the work principle and application field of the Derrick high frequency vibrating fine screen simply. Take Lunan Mining Co,Ltd for example, the uses of two types of high frequency vibrating fine screen were illustrated from the technology flowsheet and screening index, the Derrick high frequency vibrating fine screen has a good property. Examining the influence of feeding concentration、screen type and size upon the screening efficiency, and analyzing the yield and grade of various grain in using and no using Derrick high frequency vibrating fine screen. The cause of low screening efficiency was found and the development orientation and thought were pointed out.
