Abstract: In this paper,based on Synergetics theory,it is pointed out that evolvement of dominant industry is the order parameter of mining city's industry conversion,based on each mining city's relative advantage,considering of inner industry,among industry,among region and non-nature environment cooperation factor,several strategic model are designed.
